HOW TO TAKE FOR A RESOURCE FOR PRODUCT NOT PERSONALIZED

The satisfaction of our customers comes first and to make a return is easy and fast. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you will be able to return the product purchased by giving us notice within 10 days from the date of delivery. The only conditions we require are inherent to the product:

• It should not have been used, so it must be intact
• You must not have suffered any kind of damage

Made from Italy is free. No additional cost will be charged to you

Returns from EU Member States cost 15 €, only if you decide to make a change in size, the shipment will be free of charge. If you reside outside the European Union you can make the goods within 28 days of receiving it. The yield has a cost that is different depending on your country of origin. Choose between redemption, store credit or commodity exchange by using the following procedure:

REGISTERED USER
If you've purchased from a registered account, submit your account from your account page within 28 days of receipt of your order:
1. Log in with your account and click on "My Orders"
2. Select the order for which you want to request the return and click on "View Order". Check that the entered data is correct and click on the top right on "Request Merchandise Merchandise"
3. Once you have accepted the request you will receive an email with the Return Order Number and all the data to be able to carry out the shipment

USER NOT REGISTERED
If you have made a purchase as a guest or without logging in to your account, within 28 days of receipt of the order, you must go to the order section and make it:
1. Compile the search form with the required data contained in the order confirmation email
2. Check, in the order that appears, that the data is correct and click on the top right on "Request Merchandise"
3. Once you have accepted the request you will receive an email with the Returns Authorization Number and all the data to be able to carry out the shipment.

NOTE:
• In order to accept and process a return, the goods must be shipped within 5 days of the date of authorization
• The delivered goods must not be used or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging including all relevant documentation
